The Hazeport Day-Care works as expected, you can leave two of your Pokémon here to gain levels, or to breed.
There are three main areas of interest at the Day-Care: the Day-Care lady, who will look after your Pokémon, the Analytic Son, who will give you a more in depth look at your teams hidden IV's and EV's, and the Moody Daughter, who will teach your Pokémon whatever nature she is feeling at the time.
There are also books in the cases against the back wall that give the player a little more information on breeding mechanics and some evolution methods.
