Dream Eater is an offensive Psychic-type move. It is TM85, found in Echodrop Cave.

Effect

Dream Eater only fails unless the target is asleep. It heals the user for half the damage it deals (rounded down), unless the target has the Liquid Ooze ability, in which case the user will lose health instead.

If this attack deals 1 HP of damage, 1 HP will be restored to the user. If the user is holding a Big Root, the HP restored is increased by 30% (restoring 65% of the damage dealt). Big Root does not increase the damage dealt.

Dream Eater cannot be used if the user is under the effects of Heal Block.
