Echorock Temple is a building located in the east of the Echorock Town. The temple serves as a place for martial arts training, and so many trainers who specialize in Fighting-type Pokémon can be found around the building. Howlett is a well-known and respected teacher, who is also an Elder Council member of the Egho region. He will hand the player the Rend Badge if the player successfully defeats him.
