Hayfield Plateau is a route covered in farmland that connects Genisis Forest in the east, Hayfield Path in the west, and Pebbledust Cave in the north.

On Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays, there is a Zen Headbutt move tutor near the southwestern pond.
