After completing the main story in Pokémon Infinity, Professor Thorn will provide the player with some particular missions through the Virtual Briefing Room. Most of the post-game missions are interconnected to battling or capturing legendary/mythical Pokémon, while few others reward the player with specific items like the one and only Master Ball. Some of these missions can't be redone or returned by any means if the player has already finished one, while a few of them is possible for players to take on as many times as they want. To unlock new missions, complete the current missions, and win the Trident Tournament against the new challengers.
There are 13 post-game missions available in the game, as stated below.

Upon first completing the Ultimate Battles missions, the player will be given the SS Ticket by Professor Thorn, making it possible to access to the S.S. Anne docking in Hazeport City.
Missions[]
Master Ball[]
This is one of the first four missions the player receives upon first entering the Virtual Briefing Room. The player will be taken to Silph Co. building in Kanto, where Giovanni can be found threatening President Silph to hand over the Master Ball. Giovanni then approaches and begins a battle.
After winning the battle against Giovanni, the player will be given the Master Ball.
Completing this mission and the Red Shards mission will reward the player an Ark Ball.
Red Shards[]
This is one of the first four missions the player receives upon first entering the Virtual Briefing Room. The Red Shards can be obtained in a cave in Stone Grove Lake, which can be accessed by using surf on the pond in Stonedust Grove and heading south. The cave, located in the middle of the lake, will contain the Lake Guardian Trio (Uxie, Mesprit, and Azelf), and will flee when the player encounters them, turning into roaming legendary Pokemon. On the spot where the player encounters Mesprit, the Red Shards will be present.
Completing this mission and the Masterball mission will reward the player an Ark Ball.
Arkhaos[]
- Get the Azure Flute from saving Koba
- Go learn the tunes for the flute in Echorock Town
- Go summon Palkia, Dialga, and Giratina using the Azure Flute with the tunes
- Go create three distortions(quickest way is to beat the trident tournament twice and do the GS Ball mission)
- Go catch Arkhaos at the Egho Sanctum(Ark Ball is recommended)
Kanto Starters[]
- Enter the Virtual Briefing Room
- Accept this Mission
- Go "borrow" the starters from oak's lab
- Gain 3 new starter pokemon as well as unlocking new participants for the Trident Tower Tournament
Unown[]
This mission will become available after the completion of the Arkhaos mission. In order to complete this, at least 25 out of the 28 forms of Unown must be encountered, there are 26 static Unown spawns around the 3 temples in the region, this will help with encountering 25 forms. After finding 25 forms, the player can return to Egho Sanctum where Arkhaos was summoned, and interact with the two Unown revolving on the summoning pedestal. Doing so will create a pathway to the Unown Dimension where Oculeus can be encountered. If the player is defeated by Oculeus in the Unown Dimension, It will respawn in the Egho Sanctum.

Ultimate Battles[]
The player will be teleported to the Outer Dimension right after they agree to take on the mission. The location is filled with top-tier trainers, so it is important to have a fully prepared team of strong Pokémon and strategies.
Hoopa Portal[]
In order to activate this mission, the player has to encounter Hoopa in Sand Trap Cave. Professor Thorn will teleport the player to random locations in different-timeline universe. One of these following locations will be chosen randomly:
- Grassy Trails
- Forest Clearing
- Swamp Clearing
- Magma Chamber
- Lost Cavern
- Mountainous Path
- Snowy Fields
- Open Sea
- Abandoned Path
- Savannah Valley
- Outer Dimension
These locations have the highest-leveled Pokémon encounters in the game, including standard and static ones. There also appears a rainbowlike-colored smoke that players can interact with it to face legendary Pokémon.
